Cancel Your Booking
Submit your cancellation request through your dashboard or contact our support team.
Calculate Refund Amount
We calculate your refund based on cancellation charges and deduct ₹99 platform fee from eligible refunds.
Instant Processing
Refund is processed instantly to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, or UPI).
Credit to Your Account
Funds appear in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Important Notes
• Platform fees (₹99) are non-refundable and deducted from all eligible refunds.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the experience.
• If you cancel after full payment, applicable charges will be deducted before refunding the remaining amount.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method only. We do not offer alternative refund methods.
• For weather-related cancellations, we will offer rescheduling at no extra cost or a full refund.
